Welcome! Thank you for supporting my flower farm! I look forward to sharing these beautiful dahlias with you! Below are some answers to some questions related to my dahlia tuber sale.
Can I add more tubers to my order?
Because this is my first year selling and inventory should be manageable, you can reach out to request two orders be shipped together. For the order you wish to combine, select FARM PICK UP and email shermanacresfloral@gmail.com providing the order numbers so I know which to combine.
What will the tuber look like when it arrives?
The tubers are sold as a single tuber, not a large clump. The tubers will have at least one eye and will vary in shape and size. Be careful when handling the tuber where the eye is budding, as this is where the dahlia plant will sprout from! Some tubers will have multiple eyes, but I just encourage you to be extra cautious.
What is the shipping process?
An email will be sent as soon as your order is processed and on the way. I only ship within the US.
Damage during shipping?
Upon receiving your order, please make sure you open and inspect the dahlia tubers immediately. Email any pictures of damage to shermanacresfloral@gmail.com so a claim can be made to the shipping provider.
Can I return my tubers?
Please inspect your Dahlia tubers immediately when they arrive. Note - every tuber I send will have at least one eye. It can take a bit for the tubers to wake up, so please be patient.
All refund requests must occur within 7 days of receipt of the tuber. If you feel there is a problem with a tuber, please email shermanacresfloral@gmail.com and provide the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the tuber in question
A description of the issue
Sherman Acres is not responsible for any issues related to post shipment storage, growing negligence or planting and environmental conditions. By purchasing from Sherman Acres Floral, you are agreeing to this refund policy.
When will I receive my tubers?
The shipping process will begin as the temperatures heat up, around the April time frame. I will send an email confirming when you can expect your orders. If you are local and select FARM PICK UP, you can expect them to be ready in late April or May.
Once you receive your tuber, please store in a cool, dry place and keep bag opened for air to circulate.
Will my cart reserve my dahlia tubers?
The tubers in your shopping cart are not reserved or confirmed until you complete the checkout process.
